Dr King Charter School has taken strategic measures to ensure the safety and well-being of all of our students, faculty, staff, and visitors. On the school's website, you will find our re-entry guidance and plan. We truly miss our students! We want to provide you the opportunity to decide what is in the best interest of your child and family.
Traditional Face-to-Face Model Students report to classes every day with health and safety guidelines. Dr King Charter School Instructional Framework is followed. Student and teacher limited movement.
Hybrid Model Pre-Kindergarten - Fifth graders report to campus and attend scheduled classes everyday, according to health and safety guidelines. Sixth - Eight Grades will attend twice a week and be virtual for three days a week.
Distance Virtual Model Students will attend classes virtually through Google Classroom & Meet and participate in synchronous or asynchronous instruction. No in-person classes are held.
